The Principal, Brian Holyoake, has over 25 years experience in the contract and financial management of over 20 successful major building projects of up to $430m in value.

Over 20 years of Brian's career has been with Baulderstone Hornibrook Pty Ltd.

His experience, together with qualifications in both Building Technology and Business Accounting allow him to offer a uniquely broad range of services.

His expertise includes situations where:

• Projects are complex, have tight time-frames and require substantial up-front and on-going strategic planning
• Substantial scope of work increases are required to be negotiated into existing contracts
• Contract durations are substantially extended or compressed
• Multiple contracts have been awarded over varying timeframes resulting in major changes to trade contracts and substantial re-programming of the project
• Projects have been impacted by hazardous materials including asbestos, lead paint, medical waste etc
